They know my needs and surprisingly, they never assume I will get the same thing, they wait to confirm what I will want that specific day, and to me ... that is service! I love seeing their smiles, the way they interact with not just me, but with anyone who walks in, the way they make it happen as a family. And let's not forget the goods.
