  • Is Financing Available?We do not provide any financing, but many banks have programs designed to provide financing to start-up businesses like franchises. We would be happy to give you the names of several institutions you can contact.


  • What is the Franchise Fee?
    The franchise fee is $35,000 for a new location, $10,000 for a store conversion with other discounts available for multiple store purchases.


  • What is the Royalty?
    Zizzo's Coffee operators must pay a weekly royalty (or "continuing franchise fee") on the franchise's weekly gross revenue excluding sales tax. A royalty is a standard practice in the franchise business. It is used to keep the franchisor strong, maintaining and creating ongoing programs and systems that improve the overall company while allowing the franchise chain to grow.


  • Do I need any previous experience?
    No experience is needed. Zizzo's Coffee wants their franchisees to be energetic, financially stable team players who really desire their own business and are willing to put in the effort to make it successful. You bring the desire and we will teach you the business.


  • How long does the franchise agreement last?
    The franchise agreement is a ten year agreement, with the option for an additional ten year renewal.


  • Who builds and equips the shop?
    Zizzo's Coffee provides you with all the basic equipment, furnishings, and build-out materials utilizing a "Store in a Box". This package will be customized to your specific layout based on your location's space.


  • What training is provided?
    The new Zizzo's Coffee franchisee will undergo 2 weeks of intensive training, both classroom and in-store, covering all aspects of the Zizzo's Coffee franchise.


  • Can I own more than one shop?
    The mark of an excellent franchise is the rate at which franchisees own more than one location. Zizzo's Coffee strongly encourages their franchisees to expand to more than one location as soon as they are ready.


  • How much money will I make?
    Profitability varies greatly depending upon a number of factors including amount of potential customers, location, capacity and operating cost, as well as the ability of the franchisee to manage and control the business. Zizzo's Coffee strives to help its franchisees be more successful through marketing aids, procedures and education.


  • Is there a protected territory?
    Once you choose an available area, your exclusive territory will be determined based upon demographics such as population, as well as distance from other franchisees.
